Traditional sperm inspection is to take statistics of spermium and number through professional’s naked eye under microscope, This observation method is not only to error, but also to make eye fatigue easily. To solve this problem, the Research Center of Shandong University decided to equip a MC30 to their microscope, which can not only relax their eyes but also can improve the accuracy of counting.
