Reproductive tract infections and sexually transmitted diseases have become prominent social issues seriously affect people's reproductive health, especially women's health. Genital infections can lead to serious consequences of pelvic inflammatory disease, infertility, premature birth, miscarriage, congenital infections. Numerous studies also show that sexually transmitted diseases increase the risk of certain reproductive cancers. The study found that Chlamydia trachomatis (Ct), G. vaginalis (Gv), Candida albicans (Ca), Neisseria leaching (Ng), herpes simplex virus type II (SHV-II) is the main pathogens to cause reproductive tract infections .

With advances in technology, diagnostic techniques has been rapid development. The immunofluorescence technique, directly label the antibody with fluorescein which will not affect the antigenic activity , in the sample after appropriate antigen-binding specificity of the fluorescence phenomenon presents under specific wavelength excitation from fluorescent microscope, it's advantage with "Immunology" and "Morphology ". In the detection of pathogens, immunofluorescence assay has high sensitivity and specificity, easy to operate, quick (no more than one hour) and other advantages, it has been widely used in clinical applications.

In clinical applications of fluorescence detection of reproductive tract infections, high-quality fluorescence microscopy is essential to obtain accurate test results. Currently, most clinical laboratory using conventional fluorescence microscopy or mercury lamp as a light source. 1.The LED light source for emitting a specific excitation light of a specific wavelength, can be more effective to excite the sample. Non-UV LED UV radiation does not exist, ensure a high safety for user.

3. Real-time , no need warm-up or cool.

6. Brightness adjustable, avoid excessive brightness caused by fluorescence quenching.
