Inverted fluorescence microscope nematodes in Guangdong Pharmaceutical University
release time:2020-07-03
share:

In the experiment, the nematode was used as a drug target to observe the situation of the drug line worm. The inverted microscope was used to observe the movement and internal staining details of the nematode. Previously, the internal details of the nematode could not be observed on the Zeiss microscope in the center of the platform.

Nematode is one of the most abundant species in the animal kingdom. It parasitizes animals and plants, or lives freely in soil, fresh water and sea water. Most of them live on their own. Only a few of them parasitize human body and cause diseases. Thirty five species of this nematode have been found in China. At present, Ascaris lumbricoides, Trichuris Trichuris, Enterobius vermicularis, hookworm, Trichinella spiralis and Strongyloides faecalis are prevalent.

Solution:

According to the professer's requirements, we recommend the inverted fluorescence microscope MF52-N of Minmei and the high sensitivity MSHOT microscope camera MSX2 to observe the imaging under the high contrast fluorescence objective. The effect is very good, and we can observe some details that can not be observed by the imported microscope
