Stereo Fluorescent Microscope for GFP
release time:2021-01-29
share:

The green fluorescent protein (GFP) is a protein exhibits bright green fluorescence when exposed to light in the blue to ultraviolet range. The GFP has a major excitation peak at 395nm wavelength, emission peak is at 509 nm.

In cell and molecular biology, the GFP gene is frequently used as a reporter of expression. By fluorescence stereo microscope, the GFP gene has been expressed in many Bacteria, Yeast and other Fungi, fish (such as zebrafish), plant, fly, and mammalian cells.

Olympus stereo microscope SZX7 is outstanding at 3D image, matched with MSHOT  fluorescence illumination, it becomes a high end fluorescence stereo microscope special for GFP, but high cost-effective.

Fluorescence stereo microscope for GFP is consist of :
Olympus SZX7 stereo microscope
MSHOT MZX-BG-LED fluorescence illumination
