FITC DAPI fluorescence microscope observation

Fluorescein FITC (fluorescein isothiocyanate) is one of the most common fluorescence reagent for wide-range biological fluorescence application. The FITC excitation spectrum peak wavelengths is approximately 495nm, and emission spectrum peak wavelengths is approximately 519 nm. That feature makes it efficiency excited by blue light from a fluorescence microscope and represent green color, the filter set is usually 460nm~490nm.


Fluorescence DAPI can pass through an intact cell membrance and show out extremly blue color. It is extensively used in fluorescence microscopy observation to stain both of live and fixed cells. DPAI's spectrum wavelength makes it can be excited by UV light.


MSHOT fluorescence microscope MF31 is an epi fluorescence microscope with LED light source for both of bright field and epi fluorescence. The machine can maximum hold three sets fluorescence filter including blue, green and UV. Observation tube separates the light 100% pass through objectives to reach sample, or 100% light for photography througth trinocular head.
