    Description

    The inverted fluorescence microscope MF53-N adopts an excellent infinity achromatic independently corrected optical system and is equipped with a long working distance plan achromatic objective and a wide field of view eyepiece. Excellent weak fluorescence imaging, using a turntable fluorescence switching method, which can be configured with a variety of fluorescence including UV, V, B, G, Y, R, etc., and can observe DAPI, FITC, TRITC, Alexa Fluor series, Cy3 series, etc. Fluorescent dyes are widely used in CTC detection, FRET, cellular immunity and other fields.

    Feature

    5 cube/6 cube fluorescence module:

    It is convenience to exchange filter cubes in turret flfluorescence module, satisfy observation of most fluorescence fluorophores.

    Fluorescence illumination system:

    Long working life broad-spectrum LED light source in high power offers enough and even brightness, instant on and off without preheating.

    Semi-apochromat fluorescence objective:

    The high numerical aperture Semi-apochromat fluorescence objectives have high definition and fluorescence transmittance properties. It can produce sharp images under bright field fluorescence and can meet the requirements of observation in various fluorescence fields.
